Certificate IV in Ageing Support (CHC43015)

The Certificate IV in Ageing Support includes experience and services of CHC33015, but it also awards skills in planning. So if you have experience in planning and implementing programs to deliver support and assistance to the elderly, then you can apply for an RPL assessment for this certificate.

Certificate IV in Disability (CHC43115)

The CHC43115 is similar to the above two but it is focused on people with disabilities.

“A disability is any continuing condition that restricts everyday activities. “

They have difficulties in performing day to day activities. So a person who has experience administering care and organizing support programs for such people can apply for this qualification.
